

Wisconsin transplants Eric and Lindsey Bennett are transforming sunny Palm Springs, California one dilapidated house at a time, renovating 20 properties a year while raising two small children.
Eric and Lindsey buy a Palm Springs property sight unseen, but once they get inside they see that it's been trashed by squatters and inhabited by scorpions. The only way to make a profit is to gut the home and start fresh, adding extra dollars to their budget. Lindsey is optimistic that they can make the money back by adding a bocce court and making one bedroom into a casita, but the clock is ticking as her due date is fast approaching.
