Mick sees Noelle struggling during training and wonders if she has what it takes to be a WWE Superstar. So she suggests an amped-up fitness plan and insists Mick do it with her. Enter WWE Legend Diamond Dallas Page and DDP Yoga. Meanwhile, Noelle’s boyfriend Fran wants to know what it will take to win her parents’ approval.

To help his daughter Noelle in her quest to be a WWE Superstar, Mick seeks an unlikely ally and Noelle ends up meeting one of her heroes. Mick also wants Noelle to think of her in-ring persona and takes her to WWE’s hallowed ground for inspiration. Meanwhile, Mick’s oldest son, Dewey, announces he’s moving out, so his dad gets him a surprise gift.

Noelle gets a great opportunity to learn from the best by training with Superstars Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks. Mick plans a romantic day for him and Colette after discovering he’s partially responsible for her expensive doll obsession. All is well in Mick’s world until Noelle sets him up with a one-on-one dinner with her boyfriend Frank.

Mick’s concerned that Noelle’s constant smiling during training sessions means she’s not taking her goal seriously. She needs to convey passion and a sense of danger, so he invites WWE Superstar Enzo Amore to give her a lesson in cutting promos. At home, Colette declares herself in charge of Noelle’s WWE look and that she’s on Team Noelle.

After agreeing to play Santa on a production of Elf, Mick finds out it’s a musical. He asks his old friend and heavy metal icon Dee Snider for help with his vocals. Noelle meets with a WWE executive who gives her tips on how to handle the NXT tryouts as well as some strong words of advice, including reconsidering a relationship with a loved one.

It’s Mick’s birthday! Mick takes the Foley family on vacation to his favorite place, Knoebels Grove Amusement Park. Since Noelle is waiting to hear if she is getting a tryout for NXT, Mick makes it his mission to convince Noelle that facing her fear of heights will help her in the ring. Plus, Colette has been working on a surprise for Mick.

As part of some final preparations before NXT tryouts, Mick and Noelle watch tapes of Mick’s old matches, practice new moves with Dan, make an appearance at a pop culture event, and attend a couple of podcasts. Something happens at her last training session that could jeopardize everything they’ve been working for.

The Foleys arrive to support Noelle during her NXT tryouts. Colette plays with the idea of moving to Orlando if Noelle were to get accepted. Once the tryouts are over, it’s decision day and Noelle meets with the VP of Talent Development to find out if all the blood, sweat, and tears turn her dream of joining NXT into a reality.
