Welcome to the "Mistake Capitol of the World": Las Vegas, where tattoo legend Dirk Vermin, and his best friend, Ruckus, are on a mission to find bad tattoos and transform them into works of art. They get a desperate call from Jacqui. What was supposed to be a birthday celebration to remember has turned into a nightmare Jacqui can't forget. Lucky for her, Dirk is famous for fixing horrific tattoos.

Dirk and Ruckus meet up with a "player" that thought he had all the right moves. Unfortunately, Lavon played himself into a tattoo disaster when he tried to impress the ladies with his bad ink. Later, the guys rescue Wendy from her lost in translation tattoo. Wendy went abroad for a trip to re-invent herself after a late in life divorce. Wendy came back with something worse and permanent.

Dirk and Ruckus meet two college buddies with a bet to see who could get the worst tattoo. But they're not interested in cover-ups; Dirk is challenged to settle the score by making their tattoos even more ridiculous. Next they meet Kelly: she broke her ex's nose after catching him with another woman, but her one true regret is the tattoo she got in haste to represent moving on after her breakup

Dirk and Ruckus are called by a desperate husband to stage a "tattervention" to convince his wife Kristen that her inappropriate tattoo has got to go. Then the guys meet Jordan out on the Vegas Strip. His story of mixing booze, a blind-fold and a novice tattoo artist turned out to be a bad choice for Jordan and now he needs Dirk's help.

Vanessa got a tattoo out of spite and now it's getting in the way of her fitness model career. Dirk finds a way to turn her terrifying tattoo into a work of art. Ruckus plays a prank on Dirk by setting up an appointment with a client that has an unforgettable animal tattoo. Josh's "spirit animal" has taken over his body and he needs Dirk to set him, and a certain "private" part of his body, free.

A retired cop has committed a tattoo crime when he had his nickname immortalized on his body. Now his girlfriend refuses to marry him unless the tattoo goes. Kristen thought she knew exactly what she wanted for her first tattoo. The only problem was she was 16 and had to go underground to get her underage tattoo disaster.

Jeremy had an obsession with Sea Monkeys that led to his decision to get a life altering tramp stamp he now regrets. Dirk and Ruckus have seen their fair share of tramp stamps, but a "man stamp"? This is new territory for them. They get a call to help a Grandmother who turns out to have a wild streak and a wild past. SJ is not your typical Grandma and her tattoo is just as wild.

Dirk and Ruckus help Rachel, a young woman that made the mistake of a lifetime when she let her ex-boyfriend pick out her tattoo. And unfortunately, the tattoo has "branded" Rachel with an obscene title that is far from the truth. They also meet Brittney, who after a bad day got a tattoo to express her anger at the world. Now, she wishes she could take back the gesture. Lucky for her, Dirk offers his tattoo gun to fix it.

Dirk and Ruckus meet Crystal, a former college party girl who got a tattoo in a very intimate place as a joke. Now that she's grown up and graduated, this tattoo that has quickly become a joke on her. Literally. Later on the Vegas Strip, Dirk and Ruckus run into Frankie, a woman with a cute tattoo of a pig. But this is only half the story... The guys go back to her Vegas suite to meet her boyfriend and are stunned to find out her adorable little tattoo has a naughty side.

Rob and Dirk heads to the Public House in Las Vegas to meet Vince, a guy in town from Philly with an embarrassing tattoo in an even more embarrassing location. Next up, they get a call from Emily, who is making a move to Brooklyn and starting a new life, and in dire need of their assistance. A few years back she was in a band and had a friend draw a doodle on her arm, and then a "Tattoo artist" etched it onto her permanently.

Dirk and Rob come to the rescue of a model who made a rash decision after having a fight with her grandmother--she went to her local parlor and got a "Suck it Grandma" tattoo. And Dirk's fellow artist Jonny gives a satisfied customer a tattoo of a horned woman with spikes and blood.

Dirk and Ruckus are out patrolling the strip for bad tattoos when they run into Jules, a young lady suffering from bad tattoo decisions made on a trip to Sturgis. Jules' ink goes to show that "Buy One, Get One Free" isn't always the best deal. Then the guys meet Erica, a cutie who lives with regret over a tattoo she got back in high school. As a typical teenager trying to revolt she let her high school boyfriend tattoo her in an intimate area. And later, the guys get a call from Michael, an ex-male stripper and the victim of a tattoo that looks like he was attacked by a wild beast.

A bull rider sports big, bad body art; a nurse has a rude tattoo written in Chinese; a woman needs help with a tattoo that is ruining her sex life.

Dirk and Ruckus do their patriotic duty for Bridgett, a military veteran with a wildly inappropriate tattoo that she has trouble explaining to her kids when they go to the beach. Next, the boys meet Rebecca, a woman from out of town with a spontaneous streak. Later, the guys are roped into a bachelorette party in a limo where the bride-to-be, Stacy, needs help with her ugly foot tattoo.

Dirk and Ruckus receive a phone call from an overbearing mom whose son made a rather large tattoo mistake. This is the first time Dirk has to tattoo someone while his mommy watches! Next, the guys race to meet Rachel, an adrenaline junkie who was originally tattooed by a man known for including a naughty "signature element" in his work. Later, Ruckus takes his dog Creepy Le Beef on the Vegas Strip to sniff out some bad ink. Creepy helps the guys find Peyton, a sweet girl who wanted a tattoo to remember her grandmother, but ended up with something pretty creepy herself.

Dirk and Ruckus head to a Vegas cigar bar, where they meet Justin, a father and cub scout leader who got an extremely inappropriate tattoo in his youth. He wants to be able to wear shorts... without looks of disgust from other parents.

Dirk and Ruckus meet up with Tiffany, a hot, young gun shop clerk with a big mistake permanently inscribed on her neck. Tiffany wanted to get a tattoo to represent her mother but ended up with a big mess that "momma" wasn't too fond of. Later, the guys take in a Vegas magic show where they meet Mike Hammer, a daring illusionist whose bad tattoo needs a vanishing act, pronto. Unfortunately for Dirk, a bad tattoo isn't the only trick Mike has up his sleeve.

Dirk and Ruckus get a call from Tonyia, a single mother who got a hilariously bad tattoo after losing a bet to her ex-husband over a game of pool. Only Dirk can help Tonyia transform this tattoo from a "prime piece of meat" to something more suitable.

Dirk is in for the biggest tattoo cover-up of his career when he meets Maxime, a French man with one of the most hilariously inappropriate tattoos the guys have ever laid their eyes on. Maxime's wife is ready to get rid of the "other lady," in his life! Then Dirk and Ruckus meet a southern cutie, Chelsea, to drink some beers and talk bad tattoos on the strip. Chelsea has a haunting tattoo in need of Dirk's expertise! And later on, the guys help Erica surprise her dad by covering up a shameful tattoo she got as a teen. Erica's dad refuses to look at the "poopy" mess on her back and Dirk saves the day... again.

Dirk decides to pull a tattoo prank on Ruckus after years of dealing with his trickery so he teams up with Ruairi, a makeup artist from History's hit series, "Vikings." To thank Ruairi, Dirk gives him a real tattoo with a nod to his Norse-themed day job. Then while patrolling the strip for some tattoo freakery, the guys run into Sumi. Sumi attended a "tattoo party" and is now stuck with something that just won't "melt" away. And later on they get a call from Katie, whose husband Ed has a rather "special" portrait of his ex-wife on his arm. Dirk will need to save them both from this not-so-pretty princess.

Two best friends celebrate their 21st birthday by buying one another tattoos.
